These terms govern participation in CEREBREXIA. Final wording is pending review by the organizing committee.
Official registration
Entry and participation require completed official registration.
Identification
Participants must carry valid government or college identification along with their registration pass.
Non-transferable
Registrations and passes are personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
Entry and removal
Organizers may refuse entry or remove any participant who violates fest rules.
Participant responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own belongings, conduct and safety.
Intellectual property
Fest names, logos, designs and media remain the property of the organizers.
Limitation of liability
Organizers are not liable for loss, injury or damage beyond the limits permitted by law.
