Delegate Registration
A confirmed registration provides only the products shown in its final review. The Three-Day Delegate Pass provides general audience access; an event-only registration covers only the selected competitions or workshops.
Account and fest edition
An authenticated Google account may securely manage multiple separate passes for a fest edition. Every completed booking receives its own Delegate ID and QR, while repeated submits for the same checkout are kept idempotent.
Event participation
Competition and workshop participation is optional and charged per participant at the fee shown for that event. Selected event add-ons appear as separate line items and are included in the final Registration Builder total.
Pronites and venue entry
Opening Night, Star Night and Pro Night access is included only when the confirmed registration contains the Three-Day Delegate Pass, subject to identity and security verification, venue rules and capacity. Event-only registration does not include Pronite access.
Transportation, accommodation and goodies
Transportation is subject to announced routes, timings and availability. Accommodation requires a separate application and payment and is not guaranteed. Goodies remain subject to availability and organiser eligibility criteria.
Identification
Delegates must carry valid government or college identification along with their personalised Delegate Pass.
Non-transferable
A Delegate Registration, Delegate ID and QR pass are personal and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.
Entry and removal
Organizers may refuse entry or remove any participant who violates fest rules.
Participant responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own belongings, conduct and safety.
Intellectual property
Fest names, logos, designs and media remain the property of the organizers.
Limitation of liability
Organizers are not liable for loss, injury or damage beyond the limits permitted by law.
