Payments are processed by the approved third-party payment provider. CEREBREXIA stores payment references and verification status but does not store card or banking credentials.

Use of information
Information is used to manage your profile, Delegate Registration, payment verification, entry pass, accommodation eligibility, support and essential fest communication.
Communication preferences
Participants may opt out of non-essential fest communication at any time.

Access controls are used so signed-in users can access only their own profile and Delegate Registration. Sensitive personal information is not placed directly inside the QR code.
