Registration issues, if any

  • If something goes wrong on our end and your payment is deducted without a confirmed registration, please don't worry. Share your payment reference with us, and we'll verify and resolve the issue.
  • If you do not receive your Delegate ID or QR pass, contact us and our team will reissue it.
  • If you are charged twice or notice an incorrect transaction, let us know and we'll review it and arrange the appropriate refund.
  • If the website or registration form does not work properly, send us a screenshot and we'll assist you in completing the registration.
