Registration fees
Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
Cancelled events
Events cancelled by the organizers may qualify for event-specific refunds.
Non-attendance
Participant non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.
Payment issues
Payment failures and duplicate charges should be reported with proof of payment.
Accommodation
Accommodation refunds follow separately confirmed terms.
