Delegate Registration fee
A confirmed Delegate Registration fee is generally non-refundable unless the organisers announce otherwise or a verified duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.
Event participation fees
Competition and workshop fees appear as separate line items in the Registration Builder and follow the refund terms published for that specific event.
Non-attendance
Participant non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.
Payment issues
A failed or cancelled payment does not create a confirmed Delegate Pass. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported with the payment reference so they can be verified.
Accommodation
Accommodation is separately charged and follows the cancellation and refund terms communicated during accommodation allotment.
