Accommodation is planned for registered delegates who need a supervised place to stay during the festival. Allocation remains separate from Delegate Registration and begins only after the 2026 room inventory is confirmed.

How booking will work

Application readiness

Step 01

Confirm your Delegate Registration

Only confirmed delegates will be eligible to request accommodation.

Step 02

Submit stay dates

Check-in, check-out, gender and number of nights will be collected when booking opens.

Step 03

Wait for written confirmation

A request is not an allocation. Carry the final accommodation confirmation at check-in.

General Rules & Regulations

A safe and respectful stay

  1. 01All guests must adhere to the instructions of coordinators and security staff.
  2. 02Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illicit substances is strictly prohibited.
  3. 03Guests are responsible for their belongings. Please use the provided lockers and bring your own padlock.
  4. 04Any damage to property will result in fines and/or disciplinary action.
  5. 05Please maintain cleanliness and decorum. Loud music and disturbances will not be tolerated, especially during quiet hours (11 PM–7 AM).
  6. 06The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel accommodation for any participant found violating the rules, without any refund.
